Responsible for providing full process service support for patients, including daily appointments, registration, billing, and accompanying guidance;
Special coordination between commercial insurance customers and special needs patients, coordinating outpatient diagnosis and treatment, admission and exit procedures, and examination arrangements;
Accurately match internal/external expert resources according to patient needs, and prepare reception materials in advance;
Assist hospital leaders and department heads in receiving special needs patients and preparing for joint consultations;
Responsible for coordinating commercial insurance business, handling insurance consultation, organizing claims materials, and applying for guarantee letters;
Coordinate clinical teams to solve problems in the diagnosis and treatment process of commercial insurance/special needs patients, and establish health records;
Summarize daily service data for special needs patients and generate work reports.
