Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated International Business Development Intern (Female) to join our team. This is an on-site, night shift role (7 PM to 4 AM)—please apply only if you can commit to this schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Prospecting: Identify and qualify international business opportunities via cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and freelance platforms like Upwork/Fiverr).
Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging markets to uncover growth opportunities.
Outreach Campaigns: Execute multi-channel engagement (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to nurture leads and drive conversions.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate lead records and track engagement in CRM systems.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine strategies.
Performance Tracking: Optimize outreach tactics using analytics to improve response rates.
Preferred Skills:
✔ Basic understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and freelance platforms.
✔ Interest in SaaS, IT solutions, or global business trends (a plus).
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
