Office-based and collaborating closely with local and foreign nationals at our Zhejiang production site, near to an established town, commutable in under an hour from central Hangzhou.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You’ll be our one-person video powerhouse, turning brave new ideas into effective e-commerce and social content from our modest studio. With just your camera, laptop and a dash of ingenuity, you’ll map out, shoot, edit and adapt every clip on the fly—no fluff, all impact.
• Content Planning & Execution: Devise lean, high-impact video plans for Amazon listings and social channels (TikTok, Facebook).
• On-the-Spot Production: Shoot product demos, unboxings and short-form clips using basic kit—think minimal lighting rigs and improvised props.
• End-to-End Editing: Own post-production in Premiere, Final Cut Pro or equivalent, ensuring each video is crisp, on-brand and optimised for its platform.
• Creative Experimentation: Constantly test fresh, scrappy ideas and hacks to spark engagement and drive conversions.
Qualifications:
We’re after a scrappy, self-reliant video creator who thrives on limited resources and tight deadlines. You’ll lead yourself—briefing, filming and editing—while occasionally guiding a helper or two.
• Proven Experience: Minimum two years crafting video content—ideally for e-commerce or consumer products—using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic lighting setups.
• Technical Agility: Strong command of professional editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or similar) and quick to troubleshoot in post.
• Hands-On Mentality: Comfortable drafting briefs, operating the camera, rigging makeshift solutions and pulling late-hour edits without complaint.
• Platform Know-How: Solid grasp of video specs and best practices for Amazon, TikTok, Facebook etc. (maximise views, clicks and sales).
