Virtual Assistant Full Time

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in managing Amazon, eBay, and Shopify platforms. This is a full-time, remote position ideal for a professional who is tech-savvy, organized, and capable of working independently. You will play a key role in supporting our e-commerce operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows.

Key Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

Not currently enrolled in academic programs or involved in other freelance work

2–3 years of proven experience in a similar e-commerce support role

Proficiency in Amazon, eBay, and Shopify (including product listings, inventory management, and customer service)

Professional, open-minded, and highly detail-oriented

Comfortable with remote collaboration and capable of adapting to different time zones

Must own a reliable laptop, webcam, and microphone to ensure smooth communication

Strong commitment to a long-term, full-time position

Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, pricing updates, and order fulfillment

Respond to customer inquiries and handle feedback with professionalism

Coordinate tasks with internal teams for seamless daily operations

Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry, analytics, and reporting

Pay: Rs100,000.00 – Rs120,000.00 per month
